MattH Posted July 5, 2011 Share Posted July 5, 2011 I recently had a problem with an amundson reel as well. I sent an email to HPK (Pete "PK" Kauhausen), sales manager for amundson. The problem was dealt with swiftly and the reel was replaced no questions asked. I've been very happy with all my amundson products and this solidifies their reputation for me.
