When I was a kid we would wade/swim across the river to fish and sure as hell he would be there in no time, often with the cops. It was the time before digital cameras, but being kids the cops were always on our case. Harassing young people who fish while god know's what else was going in in town. Good on these guys. Looking at all the BS that is going on in Utah & Montana with Bill 309 about water access rights it is nice to see this one go the way of responsible anglers.
