flyangler Posted September 6, 2007 Posted September 6, 2007 Maybe some of you already saw this elsewhere, but I thought the rest of you would enjoy it. Looks like this fella had a fun day. http://www.rivercolor.com/images/jumpingcuttslow.gif Quote
toolman Posted September 6, 2007 Posted September 6, 2007 That is a great sequence of photo's. It really shows how trout compete for food and territory. It sometimes is the reason why the strikes are so aggressive as well. The first trout to get to the fly, gets to grow bigger and live longer and as the photo's show...Slam! Thanks for posting it, that was fun to watch. Quote
fishfreak Posted September 6, 2007 Posted September 6, 2007 That's so cool! I've had that happen to me where 2 cutts go after the same dryfly at the same time. Awesome to see it captured in pictures. Quote
birchy Posted September 6, 2007 Posted September 6, 2007 and neither one got the fly.. so disappointing! Quote
Weedy1 Posted September 6, 2007 Posted September 6, 2007 Hey that makes a great avatar. You can steal it from me if you want Flyangler. Quote
Hawgstoppah Posted September 8, 2007 Posted September 8, 2007 Looks like a certain high mountain lake I love. Sometimes that happens very often Great photo captures! Quote
