lamponius Posted August 31, 2010 Posted August 31, 2010 Hi, I ve been thinking for a while to find some wild cutts. I did it today. I had a good day, finding some fish in really fast water (I wasnt casting at the right spots at the beginning), almost in the heart of the current... Water was cold, and weather turned badly after a couple of hours. That s why I took off, because I was on a bad road and I don t have a 4 wheel drive. Anyway, a good day (even if short), good size fish (all between 7 and 12 in.) and beautiful place. I have to go back there as I didn t explore it as much as I wanted... It s supposed to be native cutts, but I am not able to tell. I kmow the pics dont show a lot of details but is there a way to know ? Anyway, here some pics : Quote
lamponius Posted August 31, 2010 Author Posted August 31, 2010 OK, I dont know how to insert more than 1 picture (exceeding 100k) !!! Quote
SilverDoctor Posted September 1, 2010 Posted September 1, 2010 Wonderful place wherever it is, haven't gotten enough small water fishing this year. Quote
brownonbow Posted September 1, 2010 Posted September 1, 2010 Looks like fun, I hope to go out this weekend for the first time this year. Gotta get there before the dreaded snow starts to fly. Quote
darrinhurst Posted September 1, 2010 Posted September 1, 2010 I really wish I could spend more time fishing small water like that. Heck, I wish I had the time to look for small water like that...... Quote
lamponius Posted September 1, 2010 Author Posted September 1, 2010 Heck, I wish I had the time to look for small water like that...... True, you need time. Sometimes you get nothing but waste of time and a few flies lost in the trees... But when you re rewarded with some fish...Nothing better!! Quote
