fishfreak Posted August 29, 2010 Posted August 29, 2010 I was out for a walk near my house late morning yesterday and came across a bunch of risers by the bank. They've been rising here for a couple days at the same time of day now. It was fun watching these 7 fish taking turns surfacing, but I couldn't see what they were eating. I was going to grab my rod, but thought it would be better just to watch them and enjoy it. I'm glad to see that there ARE fish near my house! Quote
lamponius Posted August 29, 2010 Posted August 29, 2010 Nice pics... The water is cristal clear...Not sure it lats with that bad weather though!! Quote
Muffin Posted August 30, 2010 Posted August 30, 2010 Wow very cool to see such a nice school all rising like that. Must be tough to not throw a fly into that. Quote
slingshotz Posted August 30, 2010 Posted August 30, 2010 I've been seeing that a lot on the bow lately, fish rising to either size 50 noseeum flies or splashing to £%#@% me off. That's a cool camera shot though, hard to get photos without a harsh reflection off the water. Quote
SilverDoctor Posted August 30, 2010 Posted August 30, 2010 They could also be taking emergers just under the film.
