Bow River Nymph Clinic

Recommended Posts

A little late but I wanted to say thanks to Greg, Max and Brad for the Bow River clinic they put on. I have yet to put the knowledge gained to the test but really enjoyed the day and it was great to meet some new flyfishermen. I hope that everyone has an awesome season on the river... with all fish taken on 26 midges!

Cheers,

A few photo's of our day for all to enjoy and re-live. Thanks for everyones participation and support.

We are considering a clinic for early July, if there is interest, that will be a little different. It will focus on the Bow river and the different strategies to use for the common Hatches (Mayflys, Caddis, Stoneflys, Terrestrials). Techniques will include High Stick Nymphing, Fishing the Swing with wet flys, emergers/pupa, Streamers and Dry Flys.

Some lessons are best learned with a hands on approach.
