I would prefer something in Neo and bootfoot, due to cost and durability. Althou they might wear them out fishing with me, they will be mostly for playing in the water catching crabs, minnows, and whatnot. I bought her the Hodgman breathable stocking foot, 85$ ( http://www.coleman.com/coleman/colemancom/...6004&brand= ). 3.5mm of neoprene on a summer day gets really freakin hot, I took an old pair of her running shoes and put 8 screws per sole for added traction. She loves them...
