The Bugger is a mix of a muddler and a wolly bugger http://globalflyfisher.com/patterns/bowriver/ http://www.flyfishersrepublic.com/patterns/muddler-minnow/ if you are tying muddlers for the Bow I would think that a bunny strip is a good idea; muddlers tend to be very sparse; being so sparse they don't move the water a BRB does.
