headscan
One day his conscience, or karma, will get the better of him. Doesn't sound like he has much of a conscience, so it'll have to be karma.

SilverDoctor
Actually all I was really after was, "sorry" about what my dog did. I'll move on.
ironfly
You know, I always hear people lamenting the loss of community in modern times. They say it's too bad nobody knows their neighbors anymore. Stupid neighbors. I've got a whole years worth of dog feces emerging from the snow and ripening in the yard next door, about ten feet from my deck. You think the owner will clean up? flyisdown
I'm not familiar in this area, but are there still such things as Small Claims Courts? if so, this sounds to me like the avenue to travel. At this point, Doc; it is no longer about the cash damages. It is all about principal. Spin this the other way. Had that dog have decided to snack on your Mustad collection, I can assume that your neighbor would be looking to you to clear up the Vet's bill. And here to hoping that there is something to Karma. My sympathies, Amigo.
