headscan Posted February 1, 2010 Posted February 1, 2010 http://www.deneki.com/2010/01/scott-fiberhammer-review/ I would've gone with Glasshammer myself, but I guess that might imply breakage of some sort. Quote
jack Posted February 1, 2010 Posted February 1, 2010 Sounds similar to the 5/6 Lamiglas Maxwell taper that I have. Swear to gawd it's fibreglass, but it's graphite. It certainly is a "finesse rod". Slow and easy, it will cast a line all by itself. It's the only time I actually have rhythm !! j Quote
bigbowtrout Posted February 1, 2010 Posted February 1, 2010 "finesse rod". Slow and easy, Thats what she said Quote
Taco Posted February 2, 2010 Posted February 2, 2010 intriguing idea but in that length I probably prefer the Tcx Death Star Quote
chiasson Posted February 2, 2010 Posted February 2, 2010 intriguing idea but in that length I probably prefer the Tcx Death Star I've been reading about this Death Star. I'd love to try it. Quote
headscan Posted February 2, 2010 Author Posted February 2, 2010 I think they had a 7126 TCX in the Sage booth at the expo. I didn't try it because I have this little problem where I buy too many rods. Quote
Jayhad Posted February 3, 2010 Posted February 3, 2010 The Death Stars are crazy sticks, they are powered by anger. I am very tempted to get one this season but with some many Z-axis' and so little time I don't know what I'd get....... maybe a 5 Quote
