I thought that you could fish summit with an alberta or bc license... is that place electric motor only or can ya bring a gas motor.. I cant remember? was thinking of headin up there with a buddy... neat place.
At one time you could use a gas motor, however on Friday all I saw was electric, so perhaps the rules have changed....You will need a BC license.

Hey, I think I recognize Clive in that video, or at least his hat.

Terry, there's no doubt about it....It's uncanny how much that character resembles Clive

This is a fly that I got from one of the Sport Fishing On The Fly episodes several years ago, so I have had a chance to fish it a lot.
It has proven itself to be a terrific Westslope and Sea Run Cuttie pattern, with a few Bows thrown in as well.

Click and Pawl for me!! I also learned to fish with Click and Pawl reels....I own several rather expensive disk drag reels which after several years of use, are now collecting dust, and the old Click and Pawl Hardy's have once again come out too play. I use my old Hardy Marquis all the time when salmon fishing on the west coast....They have never let me down.

This is a post I made Dec. 22 2009
"Here is a link to one of Vancouver Island's enhancement programs for Salmon for those of you that are interested in learning more about Salmon. As long as people are fishing within the regulations when these streams are open to Salmon Fishing (and Steelhead, for that matter), then they have the right to do so."

Personally I prefer the 200 grain when fishing streamers on my Z axis 690, it throws it easily and gets down fast.

Ok, enough with the hawg pics -- I'm feeling totally inadequate.
Terry....What an awesome picture. I just can't imagine the thrill you must have had catching a large mouth bass of that quality.
