a gentleman on the North American site sent it to me, saying this is what I'm looking for

I did and no one had heard of it, but I did get a picture of the above pattern sent to me last night.

I am looking for the recipe for an apparently little know fly pattern from Washington state called Saturnine Skykomish. I have done several searches and no luck so far. Any help is appreciated.

Got these in the mail last night. A gift from Art Lindgren. These hook were in production between the 20's to the mid 60's are they are the same hooks Rodrick Haig-Brown, Bill Nation, General Noel Money, and Tommy Brayshaw would have been using for some of their steelhead flies.

Kispiox Special. This year I want to swing old school patterns for steelhead on a single hand rod. Just wish I could find some old school down-eye hooks some of these would have been tied on. Mustad 3666 Mustad 80500BL to name only two.

I have known Courtney for a few years, think this is a case of an over zealous CO.
