If your willing to spend the money take a look at the sonic pro wader pant by redington, awesome waders, they breath well in hot weather and keeps water out.

Iv read that it's better with slow action rods, is your 3 weight a fast action?

Yeah thats all I do is fish dries so I think the trout LT is the perfect line

yea ill look into the loop lines as well I never really thought about them but im sure they are worth the money.

Both around $74, iv heard good reveiws from both saying they have a good taper that gives the line the ability to throw flys farther.

Ill be getting my new 4 weight soon(Hardy Demon and the ultralight DD) and i'm debating on what floating line to put on the reel, kinda thinking a Rio gold or a Airflo ridgeline.... any of you guys have a preference between the to?

Trout heads episode 3??

Caught this guy in fish creek on the weekend, I suspect its a Cutbow due to the slit under its jaw, and the color of its body resembled a rainbow. It did have some weird growth on the other side of its face. Rose for a brown elk hair caddis, kinda cool its a first to me, fish came in at about 19 inches.

I would consider checking out the Redington sonic pro series, excellent waders that breath well.

haha i agree with your statement completely, iv already done the swim in the creek with my crappy waders filled with water and my lifeline(my cell phone) soaking wet all i could do was take a nice long, cold, dark, 40 minuet walk home through the woods...and man i loved it

So my friends and I are planning a 2 night backpacking/fishing trip this summer. I’m 15 and my friends are 16 and we are all in grade 10. We are thinking about doing the cataract creek loop. We are all very skilful with camping, bush craft, and hiking. We are also very responsible and know all the rules. We think it’s a good idea however…my parents won’t let me go… what do you guys think?
