Nice shots guys. Love seeing those big cutties with huge shoulders. Beed that second last picture is thick. Must have had some power. Nice fish.

Pirate that is a beautiful cutty. The date on the photo of the nicely coloured tiger was May 26th.

Yes Jeff that brown was taken in the evening just when the sun was going down.

One of the nicer cutties I have seen. Caught by jksnijders from the board. I just got to hold for the pic. Had lots of color in the cheeks like a rainbow. has anyone else seen or have pics of a cutty with colorful cheeks. Would love to see them. I have caught alot of cutties and this one of kyle's is the only one I have seen with cheeks like this.

Wow. That is a nice looking Brookie. You sure can't beat the colors on these guys. The blue halos are my favorite.

You should try calling Telus and tell them that you want to cancel your service then sit back and listen to all the deals they can make for you to keep your buisness. Cancelled my home phone and they came back to me with a deal that would give me more long distance minutes at any time of the day for half the price. I asked where this deal was when I was a loyal customer for 10 years never missing or being late on a bill payment. Cancelled it anyway. The company I work for has about 40 cell phones and 20 air cards on an account with Telus. Switched to Bell and our bill was cut in half which saved us over $5000/month. Telus came back to us and said they could do the same deal as Bell if we came back to them. Too little too late. Never switched back. Our own fault I guess for not exploring our options and just assuming that Telus is doing the best they can for a loyal customer. It is definatley worth a few phone calls to explore your options. Maybe Telus is the best deal for you but check it out. My 2 cents.

Great stuff Max. That's what it is all about right there. Looking forward to taking the daughter fishing in the future, going to be a few years though. Great when you can share days like that with friends and family.

I don't imagine you'll be seeing him around any highways in the future.
Not unless the road runner decides to cross the highway again.

I have a Greys Greyflex M2 that I bought at wholesale about 3.5 years ago. Mine is a 9' 5wt 3 piece. Like the way it casts. Rods seem to be put together well. I don't use mine very much as it is just a back up rod. Over the last few years it has become a back up to my back up to my back up. Yeah I got problems when it comes to buying gear. Just can't pass up a great deal when I see one. Not sure if Wholesale still sells Greys or not.

Love that little creek. That's where I caught my first brown. Been hooked on browns ever since. Glad to you got out and enjoyed some solitude. Thanks for sharing.

This photo is from another trip with my dad down to the Big Hole river in Montana. We went on an early spring trip so the water was high and off color. Fishing was tough but when we found these stones and tied on that pattern we started getting some bows and a few brookies too. Was another good trip exploring new water with my dad that I won't forget.

This picture was taken this summer on a heli trip to a golden trout lake. Bought my dad the trip for his 71st birthday. He was on a personal mission the last couple of years to catch all the trout species on a fly rod. Seeing as how he couldn't make the hike into a golden trout lake I figured it would be a pretty good present for him to check that one off his list. My good friend and fishing buddy Kyle joined us. This photo of my 3wt set up reminds me of the fun we had catching these beautiful little trout and the scenery that surrounded us. The view over the cliff behind my rod of the valley below is one I won't forget.

Thanks Drew for getting it back on track. Here is a nicely spotted rainbow from back home. Beautiful weather, lots of fish and me and my dad were the only ones on the lake. Steller day.
