Din Posted June 5, 2008 Posted June 5, 2008 Tied a bunch of these up. Probably a bad omen as I caught all my fish on it the other day, so it probably won't work next time. PS I hate epoxy... Quote

admin Posted June 5, 2008 Posted June 5, 2008 Those look good Din. I like how you used both bucktail and marabou, they are gonna slay when they get wet. Epoxy can be a bitch though. I've tied up a bunck like that using the Tuffleye product and it's nice to work with. Quote
Din Posted June 6, 2008 Author Posted June 6, 2008 Thanks. Just used 5 min epoxy, will have to look into that Tuffleye. Its actually saltwater yak hair, not buck tail. And the curse of tying them the day after didn't work today...was slamming them again. Quote
jonny5 Posted June 12, 2008 Posted June 12, 2008 Ever try using knot-sense instead? I use it at work for building up little manifolds. works SOOOOO well cause I can get the right size and shape by twirling it, then flip on a uv light, and its hard in a couple of seconds. Might work for minnows too. Jon Quote
