High Water Fly Tying Evening

I was thinking seeing as many of us give up on the Bow for a few weeks during run off that I would suggest having a fly tying evening. I was thinking of this coming Saturday the 31st at my place. Possible theme of big dark colored bugs suitable for high/muddy water conditions, but tie what you like. And if the weather is decent we could hit the bow on Sunday and try out our creations.

i'm out of town. heading up to hanna to wack a few gophers and then fish on sunday. no i'm not skinning gophers for fly material.

 

let me know if you plan on doing this again. just give me a few weeks notice and i can make it. i hope... my weekends are a mess from now until September
