angler Posted May 1, 2008 Share Posted May 1, 2008 I have successfully sued a fellow guide who owes me for trips. I have the certiifcate of judgement and have filed with a personal property something or other. I have been advised to file against his title to home but thius HAS to be done in CGY a 2 hour drive away. So, what costs can I contimue to charge against this dude, and how do I go about this. I hesitate calling a lawyer at this point as that too will cost and eat into any settlement I am finallly able to collect UNLESS I can add these other charges to HIS indebtedness.
