I cant remember the date of it, but I use the tie almost exclusively. It's not as good as the one pictured, but it's good. If Korban still lurks this site, you should see some of the stone's he came up with. I would be afraid to put one in the water it might swim off!! maxwell Posted March 10, 2008 Share Posted March 10, 2008 ive fished a few realistic stones, caddis and mayflies. i find that they are pretty damn cool adn a great art piece......... but as far as my own tying im a impresionistic tier...profile/color kind of guy.........they dont need too be perfect too catch fish..unreal ties tho...but i have found they didnt really up my numbers compared to the ol standby patterns for the same bugs...
