jasonvilly Posted January 18, 2017 Posted January 18, 2017 http://show.flyfishingclub.org/ Found this online, coincides with my spring break. Fly Fishing Symposium Mar 25-26 Has anyone been, what did you think? I have also never fished the Columbia or Kootenay rivers. From my early research, both seem to be open during that time. Might be fun to do a combo (symposium and few days of early spring swinging) Quote
Flyfisher Posted January 19, 2017 Posted January 19, 2017 I've been in attendance most years. You can find me helping out at the kids fly tying table. Reps show case gear along with new products etc. There are fly casting demo's by certified fly casters, seminars, and of course fly tying through out the weekend. I recommend going. Quote
jasonvilly Posted January 20, 2017 Author Posted January 20, 2017 Sounds awesome. Looking forward to it. Is there good enough access to walk and wade around there, or should I bring the jet boat out of storage early? Quote
Flyfisher Posted January 21, 2017 Posted January 21, 2017 Walk and wade access no problem. Of course in boat you have much more available water. Quote
