Cutbow16 Posted April 29, 2015 Posted April 29, 2015 I'm looking for a fairly good quality reel for my 5wt in the $125 -$200 price range. Any suggestions on a reel that would fit the bill? I was looking at the Sage 2200 Series as well as the Orvis Access Mid Arbor. Need a hard working reel that doesn't break the bank. Thanks in advance! Quote

Snouthunter Posted April 30, 2015 Posted April 30, 2015 The 2250 is a good reel for the drag and retrieve rate.... But finish wise it does get dings very easy. The orvis access reel on the other hand is a good all round reel... If you could budget an extra 100$ I would go with a nautilus fwx, just my two cents 1 Quote
