Only problem is it ends up being heavy, never mind full of stuff.You could go composite materials wrapped in FG but cost will kill you.1/8" plywood wrapped in glass/epoxy would also work,waterproof and lightweight but again$$

Kevlar for bear-proofing would be good too :) Our Scout group has something similar, that we have used a ton. I can't imagine tent camping without it. Ours is plywood, which while not as pretty looking, isn't near as heavy as the mdf one our Cub Scouts have. Function over form wins out in my mind for camping every time.

I saw a cool one after following a few links from the vid posted but can't find it now. Basically just a bunch of plastic or Rubbermaid containers put together. Seams like a better idea , breaks apart into a smaller package then for storge.
