here's a stonefly pattern I've just started playing with:

Looks pretty good to me, gonna be a good one to use for a hopper-dropper rig.

Did you build the body all the way around the hook, like the Charlie Boy hopper? Or just attach the foam to the top?

That is a pretty cool hopper. Let us know how it works.

I just attached it to the top, that way it doesn't reduce the hook gap. and when it's silouetted against the sky fish probably can't see the hook anyway.
