I do not want to be a Nenshi-noun, but I would really like to start exploring the new river.When do you think that it will be safe to start hiking the banks? As far as I can tell, the advisory is for boating. I know that there are spots that would be safe, but I also know that in between these spots, there are potentially unsafe areas.
