darrinhurst Posted March 9, 2013 Share Posted March 9, 2013 That's a great beginner rod! The TFO was my first rod and still have one in a 3wt and recently upgraded my 5wt to the BVK. I love the action on them and find they fit my casting style nicely. First reel for me was the Amundson TXS, but have recently upgraded to the Orvis Access models.
