I was just wondering if anybody knows of any lakes,ponds,rivers, or streams with trout in them around the county of forty mile? I am heading there for work in the morning and my boss says we are hitting up some fishing in the area.

No streams at all except in Cypress Hills.

Sherburne/Grassy and 40 Mile reservoirs ...walleye and pike.

 

Bullshead reservoir (trout) is just ~ 45 minutes away.

Is henniger res. in that area and if so is there any trout left in there? I remember going down there when I was younger and catching some decent trout out of there but I haven't been there for years.

Not exactly next door to Bow Island or wherever you are staying. Where ARE you going exactly?

 

I'd guess Bullshead is closer and fishing well....last Monday.

Guy I met the other day claims the Foremost Reservoir got some decent 'bows in it. Might be worth a shot.

I work at speedy glass and we are heading down to the county of forty mile shop which i think is in foremost so maybe we will have to give the reservoir a shot. Thanks for all the help and I will post pics if we get anything.

Foremost Res is ok...it's right in town. There are a lot of people from Foremost though who make the trip to Bullshead.
