ÜberFly
Anyone have an iPhone (4s) with Rogers and have had success adding a Shaw webmail account?! If so, let me know how you did it! None of the info online, nor on the Shaw support page is working... Thanks in advance. P
MikeL
I recently went through this with my iPhone. The first step is to sign-up for Shaw's webmail 2.0 https://signup.shaw.ca/migrations/signup Shaw seems to take a few hours to migrate your account to their new system. Next step is to set-up you iPhone: Add new exchange email account email: user_name@shaw.ca server: wm.shaw.ca domain: shaw.ca username: (without the @shaw.ca extension) password: Description: Shaw mail (or whatever you want) Use SSL: On Shaw has terrible documentation and support. ÜberFly
Thanks Mike! Question... Is Webmail 2.0 compatible with Mac OS?! I thought it automatically upgraded you if you were a Shaw subscriber?! Never really looked into it, as I just presumed it automatically upgraded to 2.0... I dont think Shaw automatically upgrades your account to Webmail 2.0. That is why you have to sign-up for the migration. I am not sure why they do not automatically upgrade everyone. Gaffer
I got a iPhone with Telus last week, but had the same issue. I called Shaw & the guy was really helpful. He had to change some settings on his end to get it to work, but it only took a couple of minutes. The documentation on Shaw's website is not much help, but I would give Shaw a call & see if they can help. Andrew

Andrew The Telus outlet @ Deerfoot Meadows has a lady there that set up ours up before we left the store. Took her about 5 minutes to set up 2 phones
