Well I had the 12th off to head out with RickR and Max and another guy that I work with but with the crappy weather it was cancelled. But I love fishing when the weather is crappy so off I went to the High country for some fun and it turned out to be an awesome day with no rain, hardly any wind and lots of Cutts and a Rainbow. The rainbow is the first I have caught so far up in the mountains usually its just Cutts and Bulls where I go.Caddis was the trick.

Nice post , nice fish, nice grizz, hopefully not too close.

Close enough to give me that uneasy feeling but I sure do need to buy a real camera with some real zoom this little point and shoot is great for the fishing vest but for wildlife and other pics it just sucks.

I went again on Sunday and it's still going good but I needed to change the tactics. I did manage a few on the Caddis but nymphing and streamers were as good as gold. No Bears this time but I did remember to bring the spray with me and a turkey bacon sandwitch for bait
