Tungsten Posted September 1, 2010 Posted September 1, 2010 A friend has returned from an ocean trip and has given me a fillet of cod. I don't eat fish,can't stand it.He says its the best and doesn't taste like fish at all. My question is how should i cook this?I thought of just butter salt and pepper but if its fishy tasting its going to be wasted.So I'm looking for something to "kick it up" so it hides any fishy taste. ÜberFly Posted September 1, 2010 Posted September 1, 2010 Mike crush up some tortilla chips and roll it in those and just bake it with some salt & pepper 400 for maybe 10 minutes or so... Cajun spice works well too... P Quote
