Freezin' tight to the bottom would solve your perch problem............................

 

LOL...If the ice was that thick...there would be no perch in our little lake for sure :-)

 

I can't imagine having to drill enough holes for the Cubs and Beavers to fish in.

NOPE ! when them two boys hit bottom and the blades bite in they are going to swing around like one of them tether ball thingy s.. or a play ground merry-go-round.
