Guest Sundancefisher Posted September 11, 2009 Posted September 11, 2009 does anyone own one of those crimping tools for adding a shut off value on the water lines under a sink? I am in south Calgary Thanks. Sun Quote
Jayhad Posted September 12, 2009 Posted September 12, 2009 are you looking for the tool to crimp PEX connections? If so just rent one at Totem for peanuts. Quote

I was amazed that the builder never put in shut off values under any sink. How annoying. Also I hate looking at all that gray plastic piping. Anyways...went to Home Depot...rented a crimper...bought all the attachments...bingo bango...all six shut off values installed in under 30 minutes. Pressured up the water and no leaks. Can't say it was fun but it was nice to save some money. Cheers all and happy fishing. Sun Quote
