I'd have to agree with the others on the redhead lifetime socks from basspro. I have used these socks up north in -40 temps and they work perfect. also cant go wrong with a lifetime warranty!

Just recently returned the original cheapo rod i had purchased from Basspro and ended up with the Reddington Torrent 6wt 4 piece with a surge reel with rio gold 6wt line( still not the top of the line or anything but got what i could in my price range) . I have only played around a little with it so far not actually casting into water but feels soo much better than the orignal one i purchased. Does anyone else use this setup or even the rod?
