New to spey casting, and looking for some advice before I try and acquire the equipment. I'm currently down in Australia, and think there would be some advantages of using spey off the beach.. but being a 100% NOOB to this I'm not sure. There is usually a fair amount of surf, and considerable amount of wind that makes a regular cast pretty difficult. If it is an option, anybody want to ship me a 10-13wt setup down here? Or if you want to personally deliver, I can provide housing and transport to some of the best beaches on the planet. Fly fishing in Sydney is a bit of a novelty act. It's a very very small community of fisho's and even casting a fly drawing a crowd like a street performer. Any information would be great. Cheers D
