    Anyone lose a net?

    I had lost one earlier in the year. I lost it at the 22x Deerfoot extender bridge. It’s got clear rubber mesh, wood net. Had a sketch on the handle and it would have an old gold clip still attached to the handle. I can’t recall the name though. Figured it’s worth a shot to see what you got

    Lost a net on the bow. Fishing where Deerfoot crosses the bow in the south end of the city. Short handled net, clear rubber mesh. Had it for a while don’t even recall the make. Anyone comes across when please let me know.

    Like Brent said, we need to keep talking about. Our message to the government is only as strong as the people behind it. 

     

    So I strongly urge you to get involved with the conversation. Find a group and become active. If we hope to have this wonderful resource it’s going to take a cohesive voice to effect change. 

    What’s the best way to get involved with a groups like Bow River Trout Foundation? Donate?

    I really appreciate effort and time they’ve put in since they were formed. Like to get behind them!

    Don't mean to high jack the thread, but I'm kinda curious myself. My little one is 5 years old and he doesn't stop asking me to take him out. Had him to the trout hatchery pond, managed to land a couple there. Had him out for a float down the bow and walk and wade on the sheep and elbow. He's still pretty stoked about it, even though he's only caught a couple and seen ones me or his grandfather have caught. So if anyone doesn't mind given any pointers feel free to pm or keep this thread going!
