    The 20/20 rule...either 20 minutes or a fish over 20 inches.

    I always strike at the end of my drifts aswell and it is not uncommon to have fish on. I make it a habbit to strike before I recast.

    There are a couple of fly shops on the main street of Fernie that you should stop into and ask them what is hatching and working. Last year in July we had an amazing day on green drakes. A great river to float!

    My all around rod is my 5 wt sage xp...what a great rod to use for any type of fishing.
