fishfreak Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 Hi guys, Question for the pros: What's the best time to fish the Bow on days like today when the mercury hits 30C? Quote
Hawgstoppah Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 To sum it up - Early, or late. But if the water is still cool (as it could still be now) it's good all day. Once the water starts hitting near 65 or more, best to keep fishing to early AM or late PM tho. Quote
alan2 Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 Yesterday at Bankshead at 8 pm the water in Bow was 19.5C = 66.2 F Quote
theiceman2 Posted July 24, 2009 Posted July 24, 2009 Not a pro but I have read alot of books saying that a rule of thumb for the best fishing times are when the days are most comfortable for you. So mid day in fall and Spring and early evening and morning for the summer months. Quote
