Tyler25 Posted June 24, 2009 Posted June 24, 2009 Hi Folks, I live North of the Glenmore Reservoir around Westhills Centre. What would you say is the best access point to Fish Creek from where I live? I've dabbled in the Bow but have yet to try out the creek as i'm still getting orientated to Calgary.... Thanks a lot, Tyler Quote
maxwell Posted June 24, 2009 Posted June 24, 2009 get a map of calgary and u can find some access too teh creek itself.. there are a few i know of one west of town, another right in fishcreek park just off of bowbottom trail and anotehr access off of mcleod trail! Quote
darrinhurst Posted June 24, 2009 Posted June 24, 2009 You might be able to find some access along the Anderson ring road in the SW too, which would be the 37th Street bridge. It boarders the Tsu Tina Nation, so you'd have to go down on the East side of the bridge, but the Creek runs right under it. Quote
fishfreak Posted June 25, 2009 Posted June 25, 2009 Google "fish creek park calgary" and all of your questions will be answered. Maps and parking spots included! Quote
Tyler25 Posted June 25, 2009 Author Posted June 25, 2009 Thanks a lot folks. I'll start exploring. Quote
cdock Posted June 25, 2009 Posted June 25, 2009 As maxwell said check out the creek itself. You'd be surprised if your timing is right. Quote
