Water managers will not be able to maintain summer flows to satisfy flood concerns and downstream water supply, because the money grubbers in their $80,000 ski boats can't use them on the weekend. Water managers will have to dump water all summer long to save the dam from bursting. Look forward to fishing dirt all summer now. Money talks and (so do taxes).
