We have arranged a special pricing week at Turneffe Flats, Belize for the week of November 7-14, 2009. For just $2573.09 per angler you can experience this beautiful lodge and the excellent fishery it utilizes (This reflects 2 for 1 pricing). This is a wonderful place to begin your addiction to Saltwater Angling, and we would be thrilled to have us included in your introduction to the amazing world of saltwater fly angling.

The new Orvis Helios Ion.

The brand new Helios Ion is like no other rod. Literally one of the lightest rod you will have ever picked up. It weighs less than your average pair of forceps, at just over an ounce, yet has the power to punch into the Albertan wind, lay a caddis down delicately, and catch the biggest brown you've ever set your eyes on.
This is a rod you really have to pick up, put a line on and cast to believe. It's truely remarkable.

Simms 2009 Line-up

Has anyone fished in the vibram streamtread soles yet? I have the old guide models and am thinking of upgrading, but would like a report

I like them better than the old aquastealth soles, more traction, and should wear longer than the aquastealth soles did.
