Well after reading through the regs and not being able to find an answer I now turn to you. What are the regulations regarding irrigation canals? I have been ice fishing a spot between 2 lakes with differing regulations on the size of fish you are allowed to keep from either. Do the regs fall under the lake you are closest to or is there a seperate regulation for the canal?
