DTomecek Posted July 15, 2008 Share Posted July 15, 2008 Hey all. New to the website, second Drift down the Bow.. but need your help. We departed Policemans at about 08:30 on Sunday July 13th. While drifitng down the Bow from Policemans Landing floated 20 minutes, stopped on south side of an island to fish. Island on the north half of the river. The island was upstream of the first power lines which cross the river. When returning to the boat, I took my backpack off and left it onshore accidently. LOST: Green Backpack, My perscription glasses, and all my flies and some spin casting lures as well. I refloated the section on Monday and stopped on the island at about 2PM - NO BACKPACK to be found. I hope some kind fisherman found it and is trying to also figure out how to return it. I have called some of the guide outfitters and left my name and number with them.. If it is more convenient, please drop off the backpack with one of them... Bow River Troutfitters, Country Pleasures, Fish Tales. Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide. PS: I look even goofier than usual in the office wearing my perscription sunglasses...
