Most of it ends up being fishing without a license or with banned gear or in closed water. -l Quote

ladystrange Posted February 25, 2008 Posted February 25, 2008 i read through a bunch. it is interesting that there are a number of people who have commited and pled guilty to repeat offences. either the fines arent high enough or some community service is needed to go along with the fines. obviously fines alone are not working.
