I think it would be a great little stillwater fly. the original is tied with a blue bead and has a few other differences. Recipe: Hook: Mustad 4XL #8 Bead: 6/0 Green Glass Bead Tail: Black Marabou With with a couple strands of light blue flash flanking each side Body: 3-4 black Ostrich Herls Rib: 2 Strands of Blue Krystal Flash Hackle: Natural peacock black schlappen Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
