I am looking for down eye limerick bend salmon hooks that they used back in the 40's, 50's and into the early 60's for steelhead patterns. Trey Coombs book calls for a MUS80500 bl which I can't find anywhere so far but I did find a Mustad 7970 that's very similar in picture. Is anyone familiar with either.

This what your looking for. These came from my grandfathers fly tying kit. Not sure who made these one's but there fairly old. Might part with some if your planning a special trip.
