alan2 Posted April 30, 2014 Share Posted April 30, 2014 You can do it yourself from this video or buy the biggest possible set of felt soles at one of the local shops and take it all to a cobbler, like Alpine shoe in Kensington. When you buy felts take your boot along and verify the new felt sole is big enough. Simms require biggest, widest available. You can stud them up with #12 sheet metal screws from hardware store then.
