They just jumped my local call rates from 30 cents per minute to 50 cents per minute; ridiculous! Looking around, it seems like Petro-Canada has the best deal. I didn't even know they have a cellphone plan ( 25 cents per minute ). Does anyone here use them or have any experience with them?
