Dan Craft Fly Rods

I am getting a Dan Craft 2pc. 3wt made up. Does any one have any opinions on these? Everything I have read has been positive.

I think they're good blanks as long as you're not shelling out $900 for the final product.

Dan Craft has a great reputation for high quality blanks at a great price. I currently have two of them...a 10' 3wt FT and a Sig V 8'9'' 4wt. Love the rods, especially the Sig V...too bad you can't find them anymore.

 

Are you building the rod yourself, or having someone make it up for you?
