Azaz0 Posted August 30, 2012 Posted August 30, 2012 Hello my name is Oscar and I am from Spain, I have just arrived to Calgary and I would like to go fishing, but I dont have much idea about spots and places to go fishing. I have bought the Barry Mitchells guide, but i dont have a car yet and many good spots are far from the city. Until I dont have a car, I have to go fishing by transit, I think in the city, where can i go? I understand that the good spots of everyone are treasures and secrets, so i dont need to know that, only some places where I can go fishing with a minimun of opportunities... I guess many people had asked the same thing so I apologize for ask again the same question... And If someone needs a parnert for a fishing trip I will be very happy to go. Thank you in advance!! Muffin Posted August 30, 2012 Posted August 30, 2012 Also if you want you can use google.com/maps and the Calgary Transit sites are in there to help make it easier to find a route. Possibly South down through douglasdale area would be close or McKenzie Lake on the East side of the river. calgarytransit.com has all the routes. Quote
