troutlover Posted April 5, 2011 Posted April 5, 2011 Im looking into buying some maps for my GPS just wondering what ones people here use i am leaning towards the Backroads GPS program it seems to have more info than the standard hi def TOPO system. I have also seen the BushMap GPS program. Which one would you go with the BushMap one looks interesting. Thanks Jared. Quote
tgo Posted April 5, 2011 Posted April 5, 2011 I have backroads mapbook for my gps and I like it, but haven't really tried much else. The gps version of backroads has all the detail and more compared to the hardcopy version, including hiking, biking, horseback trails, campgrounds, topographic, very tiny streams and more. It's expensive though, especially considering you can download the free topographic maps online. Quote
