Anti Social Neighbour Law

The anti social neighbour law seems pretty harsh in Britain.

 

I would argue the tree looks great in an otherwise stark neighbourhood. Also...it combats global warming :-)

 

Calgary has a community standards bylaw, but it is not as hard core as that one. That tree could use a trim perhaps, but really, what is there to get ones panties in a knot about? It's a tree.

I think to us Calgaryians...a neighbourhood without trees is dull and stark. Looking down that street it seems like people hate trees and shrubbery...
