ÜberFly Posted May 28, 2010 Posted May 28, 2010 I want to reverse the jaws on my Model "A" (top is getting a little chewed up) and I'm not sure if the pin can be removed (unscrewed) or I have to cut it off and replace. I know you can replace the jaws with a smaller midge set, so it has to come off/out some how... Any advise? Thanks, Peter Quote

ÜberFly Posted May 28, 2010 Author Posted May 28, 2010 I was wondering why all of the links were "broken"!! Thanks! P That is an old email from the original company before being taken over. This is the current company email adventurecorp@comcast.net . They are good to deal with Quote
Castuserraticus Posted May 28, 2010 Posted May 28, 2010 I was wondering why all of the links were "broken"!! Thanks! P I just turned my jaws so the lock lever is pushed up rather than down. I didn't want to get into changing out the mechanics on an inexpensive vise. Quote
ÜberFly Posted May 28, 2010 Author Posted May 28, 2010 Yeah I was going to do that, but it interfers with tying (in some circumstances, IMO). Plus I want to get some midge jaws.
